Severance S2 E3 - Who Is Alive?

WHAT WE KNOW FROM EPISODE 3:

• Mark comes into work guns ablazing. He’s on a mission. We see him with a digital stopwatch, timing his entrance into work. He’s up to something! Once inside, Mark prints missing-persons posters of Ms. Casey to hand out on the severed floor. He and Helly go to find “the goat man and other possible goat people,” and he sends Irving to O&D. Mark asks Dylan to go to the new Break Room to look for people, but Dylan really wants to stay and says he’s in a groove with work. 
• After Mark and Helly leave, Irving discloses to Dylan that he’s been recreating the elevator hallway painting and asks him to help find it. Dylan says Irving should go himself “for stealth.” Miss Huang walks in and asks Dylan to come with her.
• Milchick walks into his office to find Natalie waiting for him with the Board on the speaker. Through Natalie, the Board says they want Milchick to feel connected to Lumon’s history, and they give him “inclusively re-canonicalized paintings” of Kier. Natalie tells him she also received these upon receipt of her current position.
• Mark and Helly find the mysterious baby goat room they once stumbled upon and discover a small tunnel leading to a goat pasture. The pasture is overseen by the Mammalians Nurturable department. The Mammalians are hostile at first, and want them to leave. After pressing them for information, they eventually reveal Ms. Casey did her sessions in their husbandry tanks, and promise not to hinder MDR's search. They also ask to see MDR’s bellies and find that they are “pouchless.”
• Irving brings one of the missing posters to O&D, where he runs into Felicia. While showing her his drawings of Burt, she sees his sketch of the elevator hallway. She tells Irving that his sketch resembles the "exports hall," where past O&D employees would take the products they made.
• Miss Huang takes Dylan through the security room, which has now been converted to the Outie Family Visitation Suite. She tells him he’s earned 18 minutes with his outie’s wife, Gretchen. Gretchen tells him his outie has 3 kids and has had trouble keeping other jobs. She also tells him she loves him and gives him a hug as she leaves.
• Devon comes home to find Ricken meeting with Natalie to discuss adapting his book “The You You Are” for innies. Devon heads out to Mark’s house, where they’re working together on a project to attempt to burn an afterimage into his retina - the question “Who is alive?”Ms. Cobel is on the road, heading away from the town of Kier, but she comes to a stop at a sign showing she’s 238 miles from Salt’s Neck. After a moment of reflection, she turns the car around and drives back towards Kier. Later, we see Cobel waiting for Helena in the Lumon parking lot where says she will rejoin Lumon on the condition that she is rehired as floor manager to help Mark finish the Cold Harbor file. Helena suggests they reset and invites her to an impromptu meeting with the Board. Cobel gets spooked and drives off.
• While Mark is testing the afterimage in his car, Reghabi interrupts him, telling him his strategy will not work and that reintegration is the only way to send messages in and out of Lumon. After Reghabi confirms his wife is alive, Mark agrees to the procedure. As they conduct the process in Mark's basement, Mark flashes in between the present and the orientation room on the severed floor.
