The White Lotus S3 E6 - Denials

This week we discuss the episode of brotherly love and all the madness that is culminating into the penultimate episode next week.

THE SUSPECTS & WHAT WE KNOW FROM EPISODE 6:

1. The Girls Trip (Kate, Laurie, Jaclyn)
   
   1. In the early morning hours, Kate sees Valentin sneaking out of Jaclyn's room and tells Laurie at breakfast. Laurie finds Jaclyn's behavior deceitful and later calls her out for it.
2. The Staff (Belinda, Pornchai, Gaitok, Mook, Fabian, Valantin, Sritala, Jim, Amrita)
   
   1. Belinda is surprised when her son Zion arrives early and catches her in bed with Pornchai. Later that day, Pornchai tells Belinda that he is interested in opening a spa with her in Thailand.
   2. Fabian tells Belinda he’s holding a dinner for a few of the staff that night and says he’s going to sing.
   3. After Gaitok’s boss proposes going to the shooting range after his shift, he successfully sneaks into the Ratliffs’ villa and retrieves the gun.
      
      1. Is this Gaitok’s redemption arc? Plz god
3. The Ratliffs (Timothy, Victoria, Saxon, Piper, Lochlan)
   
   1. Timothy has vivid visions of killing himself and Victoria
   2. Saxon and Lochlan both claim to remember nothing of the previous night's sexual encounter. Saxon is disturbed when Chloe tells him that Lochlan masturbated him while having sex with Chloe, which Lochlan suddenly remembers while meditating at the monastery.
      
      1. Can’t tell you how many times I saw the word “brojob” in TWL subreddit this week
      2. Chelsea’s line, “I don’t think there’s a drug in the world that would make me get with my brother.”
      3. She also calls him soulless 
   3. Piper, Timothy, Victoria, and Lochlan go to the monastery, and after a conversation with the monk about death, Timothy agrees to let Piper stay in Thailand, much to his wife's horror.
      
      1. “You cannot outrun pain” “Death is a happy return”
      2. Hilarious that this is the worst thing Victoria can imagine, yet the family is crumbling before her
      3. "She needs to fear poverty"
4. The Outlaws (Chelsea, Rick, Chloe, Greg/Gary)
   
   1. Greg suspects that Chloe had sex with either Saxon or Lochlan, and tells her to invite the boys to a dinner party that night. Greg also invites Belinda.
      
      1. Greg says he needs Chloe’s help with something??
   2. Rick persuades Sritala to invite him and Frank (posing as a film director) to their house in Bangkok. Rick and Frank arrive at the Hollinger household, and Rick is finally introduced to Jim.
      
      1. Who is Jim?????
5. Fan Theories:
   
   1. Timothy is going to kill his family. Spookyfan2 on Reddit says, “Imagine he poisons his whole family with the intent of shooting himself after only to find the gun missing. Now that would be dark.”
   2. Greg is going to fund Belinda’s spa. Lots of folks have connected Belinda’s scoop on Greg and her dream of owning a spa. Will Greg offer Belinda some hush money to ride off into the sunset with Pornchai?
